LMS/LXP/LEP

 

LMS/LXP/LEP platforms all have one thing in common; like a website, there is a user experience on the ‘front-end’ and then all that goes on the ‘back-end’. It takes a bit to gain the deep knowledge required to understand how the two dovetail to enhance learning, behavior change, and/or rapid skill building. 

The most fascinating work I have done has been with OnPoint Digital at the administrative and design level for organizations such as Anheuser Busch, Stone Brewery, and, most currently, enterprise wide with T-Mobile. 

I also have experience from the perspective of teaching through the learning management system Moodle as an Adjunct Professor, learning through completing my graduate work through Blackboard, as well developing courses with faculty on Canvas and Brightspace. I also served as a solution finder for faculty during a university wide transfer from Canvas to Brightspace.

I am adept at fully leveraging the capabilities of a platform to meet both the learner and the business needs of an organization.
